Swedish Massage is often referred to as the “relaxing massage.” Anita will use light to firm pressure with a range of long, smooth strokes. She will use a combination of kneading and friction for the more superficial layers of the muscle tissue, and can combine active and passive movements of the joints. The treatment will be tailored to your body’s needs both physically and psychologically.
